There are so many good things to write about our stay at Casa Nithra. i will start with the staff and end with the staff. We were welcomed warmly and all our questions patiently answered. Very kindly a room at the back on a higher floor was provided too. Next is location. For us it was perfect, everything just a short walk away, eateries, bus stands, ferry terminals and shopping. We also saw most of the main sights on foot from the hotel. Next is the rooms. Roomy, well aired, good furnishing and fixtures and very comfortable large bed. Thanks to the staff who cleaned the room daily. Next is breakfast. Varied, wholesome, very tasty and an excellent opportunity to taste the local cuisine. And then the roof top pool which is absolutely fantastic, warm, great view and a bar with comfortable deck chairs. And then again, the staff. We were really very well looked after. The Thais are known for their friendly demeanor and helpfulness and we confirm that they are a lovely people to be around. We will definitely come back to this hotel and have recommended it to our friends. Thank you Team Casa Nithra!

We arrived to find out that we could not have our Balcony rooms as booked and paid for, due to construction and the venue had not bothered to let us know in advance, so we could have the choice of finding an alternative accommodation option. but had been upgraded to suites. This was a nice gesture, but did not accommodate the want for balcony rooms. Prior warning of no available balconies would have had us find an alternative accommodations, as balconies were our only really priority, as both are smokers. The night manager was incredible condescending and unaccommodating and did not have any interest in finding or compensating us for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this venue to anyone else or consider staying there again myself. Respectfully, prior warning would have been appreciated to allow us to arrange for more appropriate accommodations. Many thanks.

Loved the location in the old part of Bangkok. Seemed less chaotic then Silom etc. Short stroll up the road to a bunch of restaurants and massage places. Also a lot of local food street vendors with yummy food in the morning. Staff were great, very helpful with it being overbearing. Breakfast was decent too for the price, a good selection. The coffee wasn’t that great but then Snooze cafe next door did great coffee (by NZ and Oz standards). Rooms were clean and had great block out blinds for night time. No international adaptor plugs so make sure to pack your own.

What a beautiful place! This was our first hotel stay on arriving in Bangkok and it was a delight. The staff were really lovely and offered us sweet tea on arrival. The pool was honestly sublime- great view of the city and we were able to get a sunbed as not many people seemed to use it whilst we were there. The hotel was a good distance for Koh San Road so we could get there in about ten minutes by foot. Also, gorgeous rooms with comfortable beds.

The beds were comfortable. The hotel, pool, common areas, and room were very clean. The pool area was comfortable with ample chairs/seating for guests. We needed a late checkout, for our flights left at 9:30 pm. They were able to accommodate this and we are so appreciative. The staff at the desk were always helpful, pleasant, and could answer questions. Within walking distance to shopping, cafe's/restaurants, night life.
